How does the Loyalty Program work?

The program is divided into three parts, each bringing you a different benefit. To receive credits and other benefits, you must be logged into your customer account at the time of purchase. (Don't have an account? You can create one here)

Pro-Tech Collector

Collect 10 badges and get a 10% discount on your next purchase. 
For every order that contains at least one product from the Pro-Tech TOOLS, CHEF, HOME or GARDEN brands, you earn one badge. Once you collect 10 badges, we will automatically send you the discount, and you start collecting from scratch. Products are marked with the Collector symbol.

PROgram PROtechshop – loyalty program

The more you buy, the higher your discount. Tiers are determined by your turnover over the last year:
Newbie (£0 – £176/year): 0 % discount
Handyman (£177 – £352/year): 1.0 % off the entire order
Hobby Expert (£353 – £528/year): 1.5 % off the entire order
PRO Expert (£529 – £880/year): 2.0 % off the entire order
PRO Master (£881 – £1,320/year): 2.5 % off the entire order
PRO Grandmaster (£1,321 – £1,760/year): 3.0 % off the entire order

Shopping Credits

For every £8.80 of purchase value, you get 1 credit. 1 credit = £0.18. Credits are credited within 21 days and are valid for 1 year. You can apply your credits on purchases over £44. For buying Pro-Tech private label products, you get double credits (marked with the Collector symbol).
