Air Preparation Unit 1/2" Filter, Separator and Lubricator
The air preparation unit combines four functions in a single body — a pressure regulator, a filter, a water separator and an oil lubricator. The air that reaches your pneumatic tools is thus clean, free of condensate, set to the correct pressure and enriched with a fine oil mist. Impact wrenches, grinders and nail guns therefore last considerably longer and run more smoothly.
The built-in pressure gauge with a 0–16 bar scale shows the pressure in the system, and the ergonomic locking knob allows precise regulation in the range of 0–12 bar without drifting out of setting on its own. The body and protective guards are made of aluminium alloy, the filter and lubricator bowls of transparent polycarbonate, so you can see the condition of the condensate and the oil. The standard filter with a 5 micron rating can be replaced with a coarser 40 micron one, and the 1/2" connection fits most workshop air lines.
