This cast iron pot for marinades and sauces with a capacity of approximately 0.5 litre and a silicone brush is an indispensable helper when grilling. You can heat marinade or sauce in it directly on the grill, over a fire or on embers and comfortably baste the meat with the brush while it cooks. The spouts on both sides make clean pouring easier.Before first use remove the protective vegetable oil from the pot: wash it in hot water with a neutral detergent, dry it, rub it with fat or bacon and heat it up. After every use wash it with warm water and detergent, dry it and coat it with fat to protect it against corrosion. The pot heats up during use, so use an oven glove.
