The grill grate system with a deflector for the Kamado Nova XL grill extends the capabilities of your kamado to include indirect grilling and baking. The set made of stainless steel and ceramic contains a stand, two half-moon baking stones serving as a deflector, two half-moon grill grates and a star-shaped support element. By combining the individual parts you can set up a direct, indirect or combined grilling zone exactly as required.Wash all parts with a neutral liquid detergent, do not soak them and do not use products that cause scratching. The set is not dishwasher safe.
