Router table for a top router 430x440mm
The router table turns a hand-held top router into a stationary carpentry workplace. Instead of guiding the machine over the material you move the material over a fixed board, which brings more precise grooves, profiles, edges and also tenon joints. The working board with dimensions of 430 x 440 mm and a thickness of 19 mm is mounted on a steel base with rubber feet, so the table does not slip during work and dampens vibration.
The adjustable working fence, the angle fence with a scale, the comb hold-down and two vertical hold-downs keep the workpiece exactly where it should be and make it possible to repeat the same cut on a series of parts. The transparent cover protects the routing area and at the same time lets you see the tool, the mounting plate has an opening for a cutter with a diameter of 37,5 mm and the extraction port makes it possible to connect a vacuum cleaner or chip extraction. The working height of 295 mm is comfortable when the table is placed on a workbench. Besides the table itself, the delivery also includes both fences, the comb and vertical hold-downs, the cutter cover and mounting material.
