Protective Welding Glass 80x100mm E-0
The clear protective glass measuring 80 x 100 mm is fitted into a welding helmet or hand shield in front of the dark welding filter. It catches spatter from molten metal, sparks and mechanical damage, so the more expensive filter stays clean and transparent for considerably longer.
The E-0 designation means clear glass with no shade, which does not distort the image or colours in any way and does not impair visibility of the weld pool. It is a consumable item – as soon as it becomes clouded or scratched, simply replace it, so it pays to keep several pieces ready in the workshop.
