Carpenter's square 30x30cm with 5 pencils
A square with 30 x 30 cm arms, that is 12 inches, is the size with which you can draw a cut across the whole width of a plank or a board without shifting it – with smaller squares the line has to be extended and that is where a deviation arises.
It has two fixed references, 90° and 45°, which covers most carpentry and joinery cuts, and the scales are in centimetres as well as inches. The toothed edge serves as a guide edge when marking out, so the pencil does not slip. The body is made of aluminium alloy – light, but resistant to deformation, which matters with a measuring tool: a bent square is unusable. The package contains five carpenter's pencils, so you do not have to look for something to mark out with.
