Baking tin with non-stick surface 28x23,5x6cm black
The deep rectangular tin measuring 28 x 23,5 x 6 cm is suitable for sponge and yeast cakes, apple slices, curd buns and also baked pasta and smaller meat dishes. The six-centimetre depth keeps runny batter and also the juices from roasting inside the tin.
The inside is fitted with a non-stick layer, thanks to which the baked dough comes free without breaking and cleaning is a matter of moments. The textured surface of the metal improves heat transfer and reduces the risk of the tin warping during repeated baking. The black colour helps the cake to brown evenly over the whole surface.
