Baking tin with non-stick surface 39x23,5x7cm black
The deep rectangular tin measuring 39 x 23,5 x 7 cm handles a whole batch of dough for slices, yeast buns and also fruit cake and serves equally well for baking meat or pasta. The high walls keep the juices inside the tin and do not soil the oven.
The inner surface is protected by a non-stick layer, so the dough does not cling and you turn the finished cake out without breaking. The textured metal improves heat transfer and limits deformation of the tin at high temperatures. The black colour of the surface supports even baking over the whole surface.
