Baking tin with removable base 28x23,5x6cm
The deep rectangular tin measuring 28 x 23,5 x 6 cm has a removable base, so you turn out the baked cake without flipping it over and without the risk of it breaking. You will use it for sponge slices, curd cakes, yeast dough and also for baked dishes in the oven.
The textured surface of the metal improves the flow of heat around the dough and strengthens the walls of the tin against warping at higher temperatures. The frame and the base fit tightly into each other, but with very runny batters it is worth lining the base with baking paper. Once cooled, wash the tin with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it.
