Baking tin with removable base 36x24,5x6cm
The large deep tin measuring 36 x 24,5 x 6 cm covers a whole batch of dough for a family celebration or for baking to take to work. The removable base makes turning out easier, so slices, strudel and also a curd cake leave the tin in one piece and with straight edges.
The metal has a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and strengthens the walls of the tin against deformation during repeated baking. The depth of 6 cm is sufficient even for yeast doughs, which rise considerably in the oven. Before baking grease the tin with fat or line it with paper, after use wash it with warm water and dry it.
