Baking tin with textured surface 23,5x23,5x6cm
The square baking tin measuring 23,5 x 23,5 x 6 cm suits sponge and yeast dough, fruit cakes, fruit sponge cake and also savoury baked dishes. The wall height of 6 cm keeps the dough in shape, so the cake rises to an even height and can be cut cleanly into equal squares.
The sheet metal is textured, which improves heat transfer into the dough and limits deformation of the tin during repeated baking. The square shape makes good use of the space in the oven and is practical when preparing a larger portion for the whole family. Wash the tin in warm water; after rinsing wipe it and let it dry completely.
