Baking tin with textured surface 28x23,5x6cm
The deep rectangular tin measuring 28 x 23,5 x 6 cm is suitable for sponge slices, yeast buns, fruit cakes and also for smaller baked dishes. The depth of 6 cm is sufficient even for dough that rises considerably during baking.
The metal has a textured surface, which improves the flow of heat around the dough and at the same time strengthens the walls of the tin against warping in a heated oven. Before baking grease the tin with fat and dust it with flour or line it with baking paper. After use wash it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it.
