Baking tin with textured surface 36x24,5x6cm
The deep rectangular tin measuring 36 x 24,5 x 6 cm takes a whole tray of yeast dough, fruit slices or curd cake. The higher walls hold even runny batter and the juice released from the fruit during baking.
The surface of the metal is textured, which improves the flow of heat around the dough and strengthens the tin against warping in a hot oven. Before baking grease the tin with fat and dust it with flour or line it with baking paper. After use wash it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it thoroughly.
