Baking tin with textured surface 39x23,5x7cm
The spacious deep tin measuring 39 x 23,5 x 7 cm is built for large batches — slices, yeast buns, strudel and also baked pasta and meat with a side dish. A depth of seven centimetres means that the dough does not spill over the edge while rising.
The textured surface of the metal distributes heat more evenly, so the cake bakes through over the whole surface, and at the same time it strengthens the walls against deformation. Before baking grease the tin with fat or line it with baking paper. Once cooled, wash it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it with a tea towel.
