Bread Loaf Pan with Three-Layer Non-Stick Coating Metallic Burgundy Line
The bread loaf pan from the Metallic Burgundy Line collection is ideal for baking homemade bread, yeast cake doughs and savoury bakes. The forged aluminium body distributes heat evenly, so the dough bakes through its entire height and does not burn at the edges. The inside is protected by a three-layer non-stick coating that lets you remove the baked loaf without breaking it. Thanks to it, you need less fat for greasing. The metallic burgundy finish matches the other cookware from the same line.
The pan is suitable for baking in the oven, and before first use you simply wash it in lukewarm water and wipe it dry. Use a silicone or wooden spatula to remove the baked goods, as metal utensils could scratch the surface. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium. Once cooled, wash the pan by hand so that the non-stick layer keeps working longer.
