Bread Loaf Pan with Titanium Coating Sahara 32x13.5cm
This oblong pan measuring 32 x 13.5 cm is suitable for homemade bread, fruit loaf and meatloaf. The heavy-gauge carbon steel body distributes heat evenly, so the dough bakes along its entire length without hot spots. The three-layer TitanPro non-stick coating ensures that you can remove the baked loaf in one piece. The matte cream finish of the Sahara collection looks discreet and matches other tins in the same shade.
The pan is suitable for regular home baking as well as larger batches when stocking up. Before baking, lightly grease it or line it with baking paper according to the recipe. Once it has cooled down, wash it in warm water with a mild detergent and dry it thoroughly. Do not use metal utensils to remove the bake, so that you do not damage the non-stick layer.
