Bread tin with non-stick surface 20x11x7,5cm black
The deep rectangular tin measuring 20 x 11 x 7,5 cm is intended for smaller home-made bread, yeast and sponge ring cakes or meat loaf. The higher walls keep the dough in shape during proving as well as baking and the finished loaf has an even crumb along its whole length.
The inner surface is provided with a protective non-stick coating, so the baked dough releases from the tin without breaking and cleaning is quick. The textured surface of the sheet metal improves heat transfer and limits deformation of the tin during repeated baking. The smaller size suits a loaf for one or two people.
