Bread tin with non-stick surface 25x11x7,5cm black
The deep rectangular tin measuring 25 x 11 x 7,5 cm is intended primarily for home-made bread, yeast and sponge ring cakes and meat loaf. The higher walls hold the dough in shape throughout the whole baking, so the loaf rises in height and has an even crumb.
The inside of the tin is treated with a protective non-stick coating, thanks to which the baked dough releases without breaking and the tin washes quickly. The textured surface of the sheet metal improves heat transfer and limits deformation during repeated baking. The length of 25 cm corresponds to a standard loaf for the whole family.
