Bread tin with non-stick surface 30x11x7,5cm black
The deep rectangular baking tin measuring 30 x 11 x 7,5 cm is intended primarily for home-made bread, yeast and sponge ring cakes and meat loaves. The higher walls keep the dough in shape and the finished loaf has an even crumb along its whole length.
The inner surface is provided with a non-stick coating, so the baked dough releases from the tin without unnecessary breaking and cleaning is quick. The textured surface of the sheet metal moreover improves heat transfer and limits deformation of the tin during repeated baking. The black finish absorbs heat well, so the bread crust turns nicely golden.
