Bread tin with non-stick surface 35x11x7,5cm black
The deep elongated tin measuring 35 x 11 x 7,5 cm is intended above all for homemade bread, yeast and sponge loaf cakes, meatloaf and terrines. The higher walls keep the dough in shape and the finished loaf has an even crumb along its whole length.
The inner surface is fitted with a non-stick layer, so the baked dough comes free without needless breaking and cleaning is quick. The textured surface of the metal improves heat transfer and limits deformation of the tin during repeated baking. The black colour contributes to a nice crust around the whole circumference.
