The small deep tin measuring 20 x 11 x 7,5 cm is suitable for a smaller loaf of bread, one portion of yeast loaf cake, a pâté or a terrine. You will appreciate it in a household of one or two people, where a big cake is a needlessly large batch.
The metal has a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and strengthens the walls of the tin, so it does not warp even during repeated baking. Before pouring in the batter, grease the tin with fat and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. After use it is enough to wash it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it thoroughly.
