Bread tin with textured surface 25x11x7,5cm
The shorter deep tin measuring 25 x 11 x 7,5 cm is suitable for a smaller loaf of bread, one bundt cake, a pâté or meatloaf for two or three people. Thanks to its compact dimensions it fits even into a smaller oven or a steam oven.
The metal has a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and strengthens the walls of the tin, so it keeps its shape even after many bakings. Before pouring in the batter, grease the tin with fat and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. After use wash it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and dry it thoroughly.
