Bundt Cake Pan with Titanium Non-Stick Coating Burgundy 25cm
This bundt cake pan from the Burgundy collection, measuring 25 × 10.5 cm, is designed for both classic and intricately shaped bundt cakes. The body is made of forged aluminium, which distributes heat evenly and ensures the batter is baked through, even on the inside. The inside is protected by a titanium non-stick coating, thanks to which the baked bundt cake turns out in one piece with its pattern intact. The metallic burgundy finish sets the pan apart from ordinary silver models. The size is ideal for a bundt cake when family comes to visit.
Before first use, wash the pan in lukewarm water and wipe it dry. Fill the pan with batter only to about two thirds of its height so that it has room to rise. After baking, let the bundt cake rest briefly before turning it out, so that its shape stays intact. Wash the pan by hand so that the non-stick layer stays effective for longer.
