This cake and tart pan with a diameter of 28 cm is suitable for fruit cakes, cheesecake, quiche and savoury bakes. The carbon steel body conducts heat evenly, so the dough bakes over the entire surface. The three-layer titanium non-stick coating makes it easier to remove the finished cake in one piece. The matte anthracite finish gives the pan a modern yet understated look.
The low rim with a height of 3.5 cm is typical of tarts and flat fruit cakes. Before first use, wash the pan and wipe it dry. The non-stick coating reduces the need for greasing, and a thin layer is enough. The package contains one pan.
