Carbon Steel Bundt Cake Pan Anthracite 25cm
This bundt cake pan with a diameter of 25 cm is built for classic yeast and creamed doughs. It is made of thick-walled carbon steel, which absorbs heat well and transfers it evenly to the dough. As a result, the cake bakes through even in the middle and does not stay raw around the central tube. The three-layer titanium non-stick coating helps turn out the finished cake in one piece and without tearing. The matte anthracite finish matches other bakeware and cookware in the same colour.
Wash and dry the pan before first use, and when baking, a light greasing is enough. The coating resists scratches during normal use, but we still recommend avoiding metal knives and sharp objects. After baking, let the pan cool down and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium. Besides bundt cakes, it is also suitable for jelly desserts and festive cakes.
