Rectangular springform tin with textured surface 34x12cm
The narrow rectangular springform tin measuring 34 x 12 cm with a removable rim is built for long slices, fruit cakes and curd desserts that are served cut into portions. The slim shape also suits chilled desserts layered directly in the tin.
The frame is released with a clip, so the finished cake stays on the bottom and you do not have to turn it over. The metal has a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and strengthens the walls of the tin against warping. Before baking line the base with baking paper, once cooled wash the tin with warm water and dry it.
