Ring cake tin diameter 14cm
The ring cake tin with a diameter of 14 cm is intended for smaller yeast and sponge ring cakes and for portioned desserts. The smaller diameter will be appreciated by households where a large ring cake does not get eaten in time, and it will serve equally well when baking two different desserts at once.
The shaped wall of the tin gives the dough a decorative relief, thanks to which the ring cake looks nice even after simple dusting with icing sugar. Grease and dust the tin before baking; after baking let the dough rest for a few minutes and then turn it out. Wash it by hand in warm water and wipe it dry.
