The ring cake tin with a diameter of 23 cm and a central funnel is a classic of Sunday baking. The funnel in the middle distributes heat into the centre of the dough as well, so the ring cake bakes evenly and does not stay raw inside even with a larger amount of dough.
The inner surface has a protective non-stick coating, thanks to which the baked ring cake turns out whole and the tin washes easily. The shaped wall gives the dough a decorative relief, which it is enough to complete with icing sugar or glaze. Wash the tin by hand and avoid metal utensils so that you do not damage the coating.
