Round textured cake tin diameter 16cm
The round cake tin with a diameter of 16 cm is a basic aid for baking sponge bases, smaller cakes and fruit cakes. The smaller diameter will serve for a cake for a few people as well as for bases from which a tiered cake is assembled.
The tin is made of baking sheet metal with a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and reinforces the walls, so the tin keeps its shape even after many bakings. Before pouring in the dough we recommend greasing it and dusting it with flour or lining it with baking paper; after use wash it in warm water and dry it thoroughly.
