Round textured cake tin diameter 18cm
The round cake tin with a diameter of 18 cm is among the most used sizes for sponge bases, cheesecakes and fruit cakes. The baked base comes out tall enough to be cut into two or three layers and filled with cream.
The tin is made of baking sheet metal with a textured surface, which improves heat transfer and reinforces the walls, so the tin keeps its shape even after many bakings. Before pouring in the dough we recommend greasing it and dusting it with flour or lining it with baking paper; after use wash it in warm water and dry it thoroughly.
