Springform Cake Tin with Titanium Non-Stick Coating Anthracite 26cm
This springform cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm is designed for gateaux, cheesecakes, savoury pies and tarts. The reinforced carbon steel body distributes heat evenly, so the batter bakes over the entire surface. The three-layer titanium non-stick coating lets you remove the baked sponge without damaging the edges. The matte anthracite finish looks understated and does not show dirt so quickly.
The springform ring with a clasp is easy to release, and the baked cake stays whole even with a delicate mousse. The height of 6.8 cm is enough for tall cakes and multi-layered desserts. The coating is scratch-resistant, but we still recommend using silicone or wooden utensils. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium. The package contains one tin.
