An oval baking dish with a diameter of 36cm, made of cast iron. It is suitable for baking meat, vegetables, and other dishes. Its advantage is the non-stick surface, thanks to which the food does not stick. Suitable for use in a gas and electric oven. Before the first use, we recommend removing the anti-corrosion vegetable oil in hot water with a neutral liquid dishwasher and drying it. Then rub the dish with bacon or some fat and heat it well. The package also includes a cast iron lid.
