Cast iron baking dish 61cm
The cast iron baking dish with a diameter of 61 cm is suitable for baking various types of meat, vegetables, and other dishes. It has a non-stick surface, preventing food from sticking. The dish can be used over an open fire, as well as on a gas or electric stove. Before first use, we recommend removing the anti-corrosive vegetable oil in hot water with a neutral liquid dishwashing detergent and drying it. Then, grease the dish with bacon or something fatty and thoroughly heat it.
