Cast iron duck roaster 2in1 oval 37.5×26cm
This oval cast iron 2in1 roaster measuring 37.5 × 26 cm with a capacity of approximately 7 litres is ideal for roasting duck, goose and larger cuts of meat as well as for braising. The tall lid can be used on its own as a shallow roaster or a pan, so you get two vessels in one. The solid cast iron stores heat perfectly and passes it on to the food evenly.You can use the roaster over an open fire, on a gas or electric hob, in the oven, on embers and in a stove – use oven gloves. Before first use, remove the protective oil with hot soapy water, dry it, grease it and heat it up. After every use, wash the roaster, dry it thoroughly and rub it with fat to prevent rusting.
