Cast iron oval duck roaster 2in1 32×22cm
This oval cast iron duck roaster 2in1 measuring approximately 32 × 22 cm with a capacity of 4.2 litres is built for slow roasting of poultry, meat and vegetables. Cast iron distributes heat evenly and holds it for a long time, so the meat stays juicy and beautifully roasted. The roaster with arched handles can be used over an open fire, on gas and electric hobs, in the oven, on embers and in a masonry oven.Before first use, remove the protective vegetable oil – wash the roaster in hot water with a neutral detergent, dry it thoroughly, rub it with lard or bacon and heat it up properly. After each use, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it and rub it with fat to prevent corrosion. Use oven gloves when handling it.
