Enamelled cast iron 2in1 duck and bread roaster turquoise
This enamelled cast iron 2in1 roaster in turquoise serves for roasting duck and meat as well as for baking homemade bread. It consists of two parts – the deeper domed part has a capacity of approximately 4 litres and the shallower bottom part approximately 3 litres, so you can also use both of them separately. Cast iron with its excellent and even heat distribution guarantees a well-baked crust and a juicy interior.You can use the roaster over an open fire, on a gas or electric hob and in the oven; it does not belong in the microwave and you should use oven gloves when handling it. Thanks to the enamel it is easy to clean with a mild washing-up liquid; rub the non-enamelled parts with fat after washing to prevent rusting.
