Enamelled cast iron oval roaster 30cm 4.2l white
This oval enamelled cast iron roaster measuring approximately 30 × 23 cm with a capacity of 4.2 litres is ideal for roasting duck, poultry and larger cuts of meat. Cast iron with its excellent and even heat distribution guarantees juicy meat with a crispy crust, and the elegant white enamel inside and out lets you serve straight from the roaster.You can use the roaster on all hobs including induction, over an open fire, in the oven and in a stove; it does not belong in the microwave and you should use oven gloves when handling it. The enamelled surface is easy to clean with a mild washing-up liquid; rub the non-enamelled parts with fat after washing.
