Rectangular Roasting Tin with Titanium Coating Burgundy 40x28.5cm
This rectangular roasting tin measuring 40 × 28.5 cm is one of the larger pieces and is ideal for whole poultry, larger joints of meat and roasted vegetables for several people. It is made of carbon steel, which retains heat well and transfers it evenly to the food. The depth of 7 cm leaves room for juices and basting liquid. The three-layer titanium non-stick coating makes it easy to remove the finished dish. The wine-red finish from the Burgundy collection looks impressive on the table.
Place the roasting tin in a preheated oven and baste the meat with its own juices during roasting. The non-stick coating reduces the need for additional fat and simplifies cleaning. We do not recommend cutting directly in the roasting tin, as sharp knives would damage the coating. Once it has cooled down, wash it with a soft sponge and ordinary washing-up liquid. The rectangular shape also fits well in a smaller oven.
