This rectangular roasting tin measuring 40 x 28.5 cm with a depth of 7 cm is ideal for roast meat, baked side dishes and cakes for a larger group. The carbon steel body is sturdy, keeps its shape and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface. The two-layer non-stick coating makes it easier to remove the finished dish and reduces the need for fat. The matte bronze finish gives an ordinary roasting tin an unconventional look.
The roasting tin is designed for the oven, so you can use it for roasting, baking and reheating prepared dishes. The manufacturer recommends washing by hand so that the coating retains its properties for as long as possible. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
