Roasting Pan 8l 38x26x12,8cm with Non-Stick Surface
A spacious roasting pan with a total capacity of 8 litres is designed for preparing larger portions of food for the family or for visitors. It suits soups, goulashes, stewed meat and baked dishes and replaces several smaller vessels. The dimensions of 38 x 26 x 12,8 cm provide a large base area on which you fry the meat all at once and not in stages. The even distribution of heat shortens the cooking time and limits burning.
The non-stick surface makes it possible to prepare food with a minimum of fat and simplifies washing after cooking. The roasting pan is suitable for induction, ceramic, gas and electric hobs, so you will use it in any kitchen. The lid with a steel handle keeps the heat as well as the moisture during stewing and two firm grips ensure safe handling of the full vessel.
