Roasting Pan with Titanium Coating and Glass Lid Matte Black 6L
The spacious 6 l roasting pan is built for Sunday roasts, a whole chicken, pasta bakes, moussaka or braised vegetables for the whole family. The cast aluminium body heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so food cooks through without burnt spots. The two-layer titanPro non-stick coating allows you to roast with a minimum of fat and is easy to wash after cooking. The matte black look from the Matte Black collection looks modern even when serving directly at the table.
The induction base allows you to start cooking on the hob, for example searing meat, and then move the roasting pan into the oven. Without the lid it withstands temperatures up to 220 °C, with the lid up to 180 °C. The tempered glass lid with a silicone rim keeps moisture inside and through the glass you can see how the food is progressing. The stainless steel aroma knob on the lid is used for adding wine, broth or herb oil during roasting, which then gradually drips onto the food.
