Roasting Tin with Plastic Lid and Titanium Coating Anthracite
This rectangular roasting tin with a lid combines baking and storage in one piece. The thick-walled carbon steel body distributes heat evenly, so meat and pasta bakes cook through without burnt edges. The non-stick titanium coating makes it easier to portion food directly in the tin and significantly shortens cleaning. The matte anthracite finish looks discreet and is also suitable for serving at the table.
The roasting tin withstands oven temperatures of up to 220 °C, while the plastic lid is designed for closing and carrying cooled food, not for baking. This means you can use it to prepare meals for the whole week or to take food with you on a family visit. Once cooled, wash it in warm water with washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. The package contains the roasting tin and the lid.
