Pizza Tray with Non-Stick Coating Blue 32cm
This pizza tray with a diameter of 32 cm is designed for homemade pizza, flatbreads and savoury scones. Thick carbon steel distributes heat evenly, so the dough bakes through right to the edges. The three-layer titanPro non-stick coating makes it easier to remove the finished pizza without flouring the tray. The low rim with a height of 1.1 cm makes it easier to spread the dough and to slice.
Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake the pizza briefly at a higher temperature so that the dough stays crispy. For slicing, it is better to use a pizza wheel on a plastic board than a knife directly on the tray. Once it has cooled down, simply wipe the tray with a soft sponge, as the coating is scratch-resistant. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
