Pizza Tray with Titanium Non-Stick Coating Anthracite 32cm
This round pizza tray with a diameter of 32 cm is designed for homemade as well as frozen pizza. The reinforced carbon steel body distributes heat evenly, so the dough turns nicely golden underneath. The three-layer titanium non-stick coating makes it easier to remove the finished pizza without tearing. The shallow depth of 1.1 cm suits a classic thin crust.
You can also use the tray for flatbreads, focaccia, cakes or baked savoury snacks. The matte anthracite finish looks understated and does not show dirt as quickly as light surfaces. Once it has cooled down, it is easy to wash, as the coating resists residue sticking to it. We recommend using silicone or wooden utensils. The package contains one tray.
