Double-sided grill plate 44.5 cm
The grill plate with a diameter of 44.5 cm has two sides, a smooth and a ribbed side. The smooth side is used for baking vegetables and side dishes. The ribbed side is used for grilling meat and fish. It is suitable for use over an open fire, in the oven, or on the grill. Made from cast iron, it heats evenly and retains heat for a long time. The edge of the plate prevents oil from dripping. Before first use, we recommend washing with liquid dishwashing soap, drying, and then coating with fat or bacon and heating well to prevent rust.
