Double-sided grill plate 45x25cm
The plate includes a smooth and a ribbed side, so it can be used on both sides. The smooth side is intended for roasting vegetables and side dishes, the ribbed side for grilling meat or fish. It is suitable for a gas stove, in the oven, even on open fire. It is made of cast iron, which heats evenly and retains heat for a long time. The edge of the plate prevents oil from leaking. It is recommended to clean with a neutral liquid cleaning agent, wipe dry, and then grease to prevent rust.
