Set of 2pcs Chinese Grafting Tools 11,6cm
The set of two Chinese grafting tools is a basic aid when rearing queen bees in your own apiary. The specially shaped flexible tongue picks up the larva together with a drop of royal jelly and gently transfers it into the cup of a queen cell. With this tool even less experienced beekeepers who are only starting out with queen rearing manage a precise transfer. The length of 11,6 cm allows a comfortable reach into the depth of the cell without damaging the surrounding combs.
Grafting larvae is one of the basic operations of beekeeping, which ensures that queens develop in the best conditions and increases the honey yield. Two tools in the package mean a spare at hand as well as the option of working in pairs. After the work rinse the tool with lukewarm water and let it dry.
