This car body spotter with a 220 V power supply, a maximum instantaneous current of 4000 A and welding time control of 10 – 99 ms is a professional machine designed for repairing vehicle bodywork and spot welding sheet metal. The machine makes it possible to straighten damaged body parts, join sheet metal and prepare the surface before painting. It offers several working modes including heating with a carbon electrode, welding of washers, welding of studs, single-sided welding and welding with corrugated wire. The precise setting of the welding time makes it possible to adapt the machine to different sheet thicknesses. The stable trolley with four wheels (2 swivel with brake) makes handling in the workshop easier.
