The QuickLock locking mechanism allows independent holding and clamping on the pipe, ensuring precise and quick positioning of the cutting wheel on the pipe. Quality needle bearings allow the cutting wheel and four guide rollers to cut easily and effectively, with the device able to cut pipes with wall thicknesses up to 2 mm and in a diameter range from 6 to 35 mm (1/4" - 1 3/8"). The cutting wheel is made from quality steel and equipped with ball bearings, contributing to longer lifespan and easy handling. Replacement of the cutting wheel is simple and quick, requiring no tools — the spare cutting wheel is conveniently stored in the handle. The device also includes a removable, precisely ground deburring tool. This tool is ideal for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, where it facilitates easy cutting of gas and water pipes made from copper, brass and stainless steel. In the electrical industry, it cuts solid steel conduits and strips armored cables made from steel wires. The cutting wheel can easily be positioned and secured to the pipe with one hand, increasing work efficiency.
